Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο Περιγιάλι Κερατέας γιαυτό κι έχει πάρει το όνομα Perigiali Seaside .Είναι χτισμένο σε αμφιθεατρική θέση,με απόλυτα αντισεισμική κατασκευή και υψηλής ποιότητας δομικά υλικά. Ζώντας λίγες μόνο μέρες στοPerigiali Seaside θα έρθετε σε απόλυτη επαφή με τη φύση και θα ευεργετηθείτε από τον καθαρό,πελαγίσιο άνεμο αφού το κατάλυμα θαλασσοβρέχεται από το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος,γνωστό αλλιώς ως Κάβο Ντόρο. Το κομβικό σημείο στο οποίο βρίσκεται το κάνει μοναδικό γιατί μπορεί οποιοσδήποτε να συνδυάσει ήρεμες διακοπές με στιγμές απόλυτης ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης, με παιδιά ή και χωρίς αφού είναι απομονωμένο από το κέντρο και ταυτόχρονα να μην στερηθεί την κοσμική ζωή αφού πολύ κοντά του βρίσκονται δημοφιλείς προορισμοί. Το Perigiali Seaside βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά όπου δεν υπάρχει κίνηση αφού τα λιγοστά αυτοκίνητα που κυκλοφορούν είναι των κατοίκων της περιοχής,ο δρόμος είναι αδιέξοδος και ασφαλής για τα παιδιά. Αξίζει κανείς να επισκεφτεί την εκπληκτική εκκλησιά του Προφήτη Ηλία, χτισμένη πάνω σε ένα λόφο μέσα στη θάλασσα που απέχει 850 μέτρα από το κατάλυμα. Το Αρχαίο Θέατρο Θορικού απέχει 6 χιλιόμετρα, ενώ στο Ακρωτήρι του Σουνίου που απέχει 17 χιλιόμετρα από το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται ο περίφημος Ναός του Ποσειδώνα.
