Kids must be under supervision of their parents. Parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children especially while using pool. Exterior visitors are allowed ONLY before agreement and extra payment , if not you allow me to come and stop anything with or without use police force, you must leave and you loose your reservation payment For use of fireworks and music after midnight we call the police and you get arrested and you pay penalty by police. BARBEQUE allowed Interior fireplace is NOT allowed. Last day exterior space must be nice and clean. what ever you used for barbeque and in the kitchen,glasses dishes plates everything washed that is NOT included in cleaning cost. Do NOT throw toilet paper or objects in the toilet they stuck in the pipes and you pay for technician to unblock pipes 7.if you get locked you pay for technician to open the door 8.we do not send forgotten objects With the garage door open, a foreign animal may enter the area. The pool is cleaned properly but by the time you arrive it may need cleaning again depending on the weather conditions, wind, rain, etc. and the water may look cloudy.
