You stay in our lovely Sustainable Apartments Powerd by SOLAR Energy Maisonettes DIRECTLY on the beach, there is no street between our house and the wide pebble and sandy beach of Potokaki. We offer free sunbeds for our guests in front of our beach bar, which is only open during the day. Potokaki is located on the 7 km long bay between the world heritage sites Heraion (Temple of Hera) and Pythagorio (Place of birth of Pythagoras). We offer 4 Maisonette Apartments, three of them with all windows and terraces facing the beachfront. In our three beachfront Apartments you can relax on your private terrace to the sound of the amazing waves of the Mediterranean Sea. Each Maisonette has downstairs a living room-kitchen. There you find also a sofa which can be transferred into two additional single beds or one double bed on demand. Via a charming wooden spiral staircase you go up to the bedroom which is equipped with a king-size double bed and a terrace. Upstairs there is also the bathroom and an additional terrace. All Sea front Apartments have 2 Airconditions (one on each floor) and two terasses. The cheaper Apartment Nr.4 has one Balkony at the upper floor and does not have beach view, but the beach and the little beachbar is also directly accessible through the house.

In our daily lives, we try to live thoughtfully and responsibly and to conserve natural resources. We want to provide comfort to our guests, and therefore, of course, we also need electricity. In 2026, we decided to make a financially demanding investment and to install a PHOTOVOLTAIC system in the spirit of sustainability in order to generate as much of the required ELECTRICITY as possible from SOLAR POWER.
