Nestled in the charming seaside village of Panormo on Crete’s northern coast, our two contemporary self-catering residences offer a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and authentic island character. Situated just 150 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and within walking distance of local tavernas, cafés, shops, and a bus stop, the location allows guests to enjoy a carefree holiday without needing a car. Each residence spans two levels (83 m²) and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all modern conveniences. A private terrace with outdoor dining area and sea views, along with a balcony overlooking the pool, provide ideal spots to relax and enjoy the Cretan atmosphere. Guests share access to a large 100 m² swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, and free on-site parking. Complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and regular housekeeping make your stay both relaxing and convenient.

Philoxenia Residences is located at the center of the village. Super Market, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Bakery are only 5 min. walking distance away and Panormo village Beach is only 150 m away. Panormo Village is a small beach side resort with many attractions and sights. Only in 10 min walking distance you could visit the stone carob mill, the paleo-Christian basilica and the church of st. George and of the assumption as well as the castle ruins. You could also make an amazing walk to the lighthouse where you can enjoy a panorama onto the Cretan Sea. Super Market, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Bakery: 50m Panormo village beach: 150m Heraklion City and Heraklion airport (HER): 55km Chania City and Chania airport (CHQ): 80km Car rental is not necessary. There is a bus stop 150 meters away from the Villa connecting you with Rethymno town.
