Our brand identity, is far from coincidence... "Phoenix" is the ancient Greek word for palm tree, and the very palm tree that appears on our logo is the same tree our father planted over forty years ago on our home, but died from a severe infection that annihilated a huge number of palm trees in Greece. We chose to revive it for our company identity, thus make it a benchmark and we know that "Dad" would be fully behind it... The logo design is the brainchild of the visual artist and designer Helen Alachmanetis (family member of course), and οur clients love the retro feeling it has...

Welcome to Phoenix...We provide independent, fully equipped condos for short-time lease. Every condo has one bedroom, two to three balconies with astonishing sea and mountain view, and can accommodate up to four individuals each. Every condo has a name...And those names are the ones of our family members, underling the family business orientation Phoenix has, and the family-like way we treat our guests. Our first building was built in 1994 whilst the second building was complete and fully functional by 2009. Our condos, were in the market for long-time lease up until Summer of 2017 where it was turned on condo hotel guest house, got corporate identity and added extra services for it's guests, raising hospitality standards. We are very proud of "Phoenix" since it is a family project that continues and evolves for the second generation, and our vision is to grow ιτ bigger in the following years...

Neighborhood info

We are located in a quiet neighbourhood in the coastline of "Kokkoni" village, just one an a half minute walk from the beach. Our street is a dead-end with little traffic and the surrounding area is consisted mostly by summer houses and a few all year residents. Our three (and something) acres of lawn, trees, plants and of course palm trees are ideal for children, nice walks and relaxation and offer free parking to our guests.
