"PiPi's House" is a bright and airy apartment located in a strategic location, at the entrance of Nea Artaki. It offers direct access to the sea, which is only 150 meters away, while the organized beaches are 300 meters away. Its location is ideal for exploring on foot, as the famous ouzeries and beach restaurants start at 200 meters, and at 400 meters is the central square with all the necessary shops, such as super markets, bakeries and pharmacies. The apartment is fully equipped to meet every need, featuring a kitchen with all utensils, air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and a safe. For moments of relaxation, terrace furniture is offered with a view of the sea and the city, while it is family-friendly, providing games and books for young and old. The owner, Stefanos, is always available to help and share information about the area. Nea Artaki, as a suburb of Chalkida, is a vibrant destination, known for the summer cultural events "Kyzikeia" and the historic church of Panagia Faneromeni.
