Plaka studios is a family business. All members after their studies worked in large companies in Greece for many years. Their love for hospitality found a place in this business combining their experience in customer service and being customers in hotels for many years. Since 1999, Kaiti Garagani has been the owner of the business and since 2022, Effie Garagani. Christos Garaganis is the one who had the idea and the implementation of the business and thus managed over time to either leave Athens or spend a long time in Chios.

Designed by architect K.Karathanasi with inspiration from Chios’ traditional architecture, the building features rooms that are each completely unique. Space was thoughtfully sacrificed for a charming and aesthetically striking environment.
