Our name, Plethora, comes from the Ancient Greek word "πλήθω" (plḗthō), which means "to be full." You'll find plenty of authentic Greek tavernas and 'kafeneia' in Rodia, as well as a mini-market and a pharmacy. Gazi, which is less than three kilometers away, has an ATM, gas station, and larger shops such as butcher and fish stores. If you're itching to hit the beach, the closest ones are Paleokastro (only 3 kilometers away) and Pantanasa Beach (just 4.3 kilometers away). Lastly, the nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, which is about 20 kilometers from Plethora Luxury Suites.
