Our company was founded in 2019 with the aim of managing weekly and long-term rentals of 8 villa houses in Greece. We are a Czech company based in Prague, with a Greek branch in Chalkidiki. Our focus is primarily on families with children, as a family resort, offering our guests peace and COMFORT in 8 individual villas located in a gated resort with an area of 10,000 m².

A private gated resort offers 8 luxury two-story villas for rent, each with an area of 150 m², featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. Each villa has an outdoor terrace connected to a private garden with its own barbecue and grill. The distance to the sea is 400 meters on foot. The villa can accommodate 6-8 people, including children. The villas are fully equipped with towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, dishes, a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a shared private pool open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters, is exclusively for our guests and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Smoking and parties are prohibited at the pool. There is parking for up to 2 cars per villa. The villa is not cleaned on a daily basis. For stays exceeding 8 nights, housekeeping is provided every 4 days at no extra charge. Additional cleaning services can be requested for an extra fee. Quiet hours must be observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The resort is ideal for families with children. It is very peaceful and located in a quiet area. For small children, we provide cribs, high chairs, and potty chairs. Dogs are also welcome. Nearby, you will find many restaurants and a supermarket where you can buy all groceries, including meat and vegetables.

Pohoda Villas offers family villas mainly designed for families with children. The accommodation is located in the small village of Skala Fourka, on the peninsula of Chalkidiki, in the western coastal area of the Greek Kassandra peninsula, and is ideal for a peaceful family vacation. Our resort is situated 400 meters from the beach, reachable on foot. The sandy beaches and coves, nestled between the crystal-clear sea and pine-covered hills, are the main attractions of the beautiful Chalkidiki peninsula. The inland area is mostly made up of hilly and mountainous terrain. On Chalkidiki, you can swim in the crystal-clear sea, relax, enjoy water sports on picturesque beaches, run, cycle, or simply soak up the traditional Greek atmosphere in local restaurants. Children are also warmly welcomed on Chalkidiki, with many beaches designed to cater to their needs. Most beaches are very suitable for children, with clean water and gentle slopes into the sea. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and taverns offering traditional Greek cuisine, as well as supermarkets where you can buy groceries, meat, bread, fruit, toiletries, or even diapers for children. There are also butcher shops where you can purchase meat for grilling, and bakeries for a delicious breakfast or authentic Greek yogurt. You can also visit the local markets where you can buy fresh fish and fruit. Skala Fourka is a quieter area with no discos or noisy crowds. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful family holiday, ideal for those who prefer less crowded and calmer places. You can also bring your dog, as pets are welcome both on the beach and at our Pohoda resort. We can arrange quad bike rentals, bicycles, or boat rentals through our partners, who provide these services. You can also go diving or take a diving course. For nature lovers, there are trekking opportunities in the mountains or a visit to the Loutra Spa, known for its sulfur springs that can help with skin treatments.
