Point of View vacation homes is located in NW Lefkada, on the outskirts of the traditional village of Drymonas, on a slope with a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea from an altitude of 360 m. Enjoy the tranquility of a natural green landscape of olive trees and coniferous forest, clear night skies and, last but not least, the iconic sunsets the western part of the island is famous for. Or explore the island starting from a location ideally placed between the best beaches and the most picturesque mountain villages, just 18 km from the city of Lefkada. We offer 2 autonomous, fully equipped, newly-constructed villas with private infinity-style swimming pools (8x4 m) and spacious surrounding areas. The buildings combine traditional stone-built walls with modern minimal aesthetics characterized by large, west-facing openings. One of the villas offers an outdoor jacuzzi. Neighborhood info

Drymonas is a traditional village in the NW of Lefkada, just 7 km away from the popular Kathisma beach and 18 km from the city of Lefkada. Its privileged location offers easy access by car to the best beaches of the island, the seaside tourist resort of Agios Nikitas and the mountainous part of Lefkada (Exanthia, Karia, Eglouvi etc). The main closeby beaches in order of driving distance from the property are Kathisma (7 km), Agios Nikitas - Milos (7 km), Pefkoulia (9 km) and the 4 beaches of Kalamitsi, namely Megali Petra, Kavalikefta, Avali and Gaidaros (9-10 km). A bit further south the guest has easy access to the beaches of Gialos (22km), Egremni (23 km) and the famous Porto Katsiki (29 km). The beaches of Lefkada city Amoglossa, Gyra, Mili, Agios Ioannis are also within easy access (21-23 km).
