Porti Villas is situated in the picturesque village Asomatos in the district of Rethymnon, 7 kilometers from the reknown beach of Plakias. It is an independent newly constructed maisonette of 3 bedrooms, with modern, minimal decoration, which has a terrace and private swimming pool and is situated in a complex of 7 independent villas. WIFI is available in all areas without extra charge, free parking within the property, magnificent view of the see from every room and a fully equipped kitchen. The private terrace with a breathtaking view of the Lybian sea, has a swimming pool, pergola, a dinning table with chairs, barbecue and an umbrella and is an ideal place for serenity and relaxation within nature. Porti Iraklis I villa is newly constructed, with all the and facilities that you have dreamt for your holidays. It is spacious, modern, with an air of luxury and relaxation. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The Villa is located in the traditional Cretan village of Asomatos and offer serenity and views of the nearby hills and mountains. Situated only 6.5 km from Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. For those interested in self-catering, the supermarkets, bakeries and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. Plakias also offers a variety of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. The area has all basic infrastructures such as a marina, shops, bank, petrol station, post office, dental practice, pharmacy and frequent bus services from Plakias to Rethymnon center.
