Στο χώρο ο επισκέπτης ξεχωρίζει: - τη λεπτομέρεια στη μελέτη του αρχιτεκτονικού σχεδιασμού και της διακόσμησης -το πλεονέκτημα του κρυφού και φανερού φωτισμού που δημιουργεί ατμόσφαιρα, -τους άπλετους χώρους αποθήκευσης ώστε να εξασφαλίζει άνετη τακτοποίηση στις βαλίτσες και τα πράγματά σας.

Ακριβώς γειτονικά στο διαμέρισμα λειτουργούν δύο από τα οικονομικότερα πάρκινγκ της πόλης: το κλειστό προστατευμένο πολύ-όροφο πάρκινγκ της πόλης και το ανοιχτό πάρκινγκ του λιμανιού.
