A peaceful, isolated, off the beaten track studio, ideal to relax by the sea 24/7 given the proximity to the beach is less than a minute on foot, strolling to the light house or just go hiking to discover more hidden beaches. Perfectly situated to spend quality time with nature, your family and friends or just yourself. A ten minute car ride away from the city centre of Laurio is enough to disconnect you from anxiety, yet close enough to spend a night out while sipping cocktails when necessary.
Rather quiet with very few permanent residents. The area is called Syri and it is the first residential area on your right right after Laurio's electricity factory. Parking space in the neighborhood is unlimited!! However a car is absolutely necessary to visit nearby beaches, archeological sites and restaurants. The guest house is conveniently located between two archeological sites, a light house is within walking distance and the city of Laurio is only a ten minute ride away.. At least two secluded beaches are available only on foot and two are located in front of the guest house.. Four organised beaches are located within less than ten minutes away.....
