Welcome to our cozy 35sqm apartment that is on the 6th floor(top floor) of a maisonette apt in a 6-floor building. It's a lovely and cozy place to spent your holidays in regards the comfort , location and the view to Filopappou Hill and Acropolis .The area of the apt can host max 3 guest and the 3rd one can stay for additional 18 euros and sleep on a comfortable new sofa bed ,let us know if all 3 guests will be staying, perfect for friends and small families visiting Koukaki !Perfectly exploring coffee shops, restaurants, souvlaki tavern and bars are minutes away, so you can enjoy your holidays without lifting a finger. Step outside and enjoy the vibrant neighbourhood of Koukaki and Filopappou Hill if you want to have your morning running. Transportation is easy access and you can get the busses to any direction either to Historical center or to the beaches. The access to the apartment is by elevator and some stairs on the main entrance and on the entrance to the apartment as well, roughly around 10(stairs). The apartment is 10' away from Acropolis and 20' from Athen's TOP attractions ,also located in the most popular area in the center of Athens, Koukaki!

In this area you can walk all around the Historic Center,is close to Plaka,Monastiraki,Akropolis.You can go for hiking at the Filopappou hill and enjoy a walk as well.Many coffee shops and restaurants to eat.Transportation is available at the front of the building of the property.
