Complete with Private Outdoor Pool & Children’s compartment, Heated Spa Whirlpool, BBQ Facilities & Playground, Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Ping Pong Table, boasting 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms ensuring comfort & style at its higher end. * Promitheas Villa is part of Agios Dimitrios Villas, an exclusive complex of three independent villas, each offering privacy, separate entrances, private pools & separate facilities. External Living | Private Pool, Heated Whirlpool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining Promitheas Villa offers a wonderful 300m² outdoor area, incorporating unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a chic retreat. The 35m² private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) also features a special children’s compartment ( 2.5x2.5, 0,70m depth) and is surrounded by sun-beds & 70m² lawn covered area - creating the perfect spot for relaxation under the sun. An outdoor five seater heated Whirlpool is also available outdoors. Accommodating up to nine guests in real beds - plus one more guest that can be accommodated in a folding bed, which can be placed upon request at the first bedroom with King Size bed - the Villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy.
