The house is ideal for a quiet holiday away from the city. It is a part of a residence complex and has a large courtyard with a beautifull gazebo and a barbeque. Nearby (about 2 km) is located Kato Lechonia village where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and other shops to satisfy your every need. Also the house is just 250 meters from the beach, with a couple of beach bars to relax. Finally, if you have your own car, you can visit all the beaches of south-eastern Pelion in a short time.
It is a quiet neighborhood as there are few houses in the surrounding area. Nearby there is a beach with a couple of beach bars. Its not very crowded and you can reach it on foot.
