Το κατάλυμα είναι ισόγειο ανεξάρτητο με μεγάλη αυλή.Ευρισκεται σε συγκρότημα κατοικιών.Εχει ένα μεγάλο κυρίως δωματίο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και άλλο ένα μικρότερο δωμάτιο/καθιστικό με καναπέ που μπορεί να κοιμίσει ένα ατομο.Ευκολη πρόσβαση 300 μέτρα από σούπερ μάρκετ κριτικός ,300 Μ από εστιατόρια και πλατεία χωριού.Οι παραλίες απέχουν 800-1000μ ,καθώς επίσης και τα μπαρ,καφέ εστιατόρια της παραλίας.Υπαρχουν παραλίες με άμμο και βότσαλα.Αξιοθεατα όπως η λίμνη Τσιβλού , Ζαρούχλα,Καλάβρυτα είναι σε κοντινή απόσταση Το κατάλυμα εινε άνετο χωριάτικο στυλ.
Σαν ιδιοκτήτης θα σας καλωσοριζω και θα προσπαθήσω να σας εξυπηρετήσω όσο καλύτερα μπορώ.
