It hosts the living room with a fireplace, air-condition, a fully equipped open kitchen, the 8-seat dining area, a W.C. and a large terrace with amazing sea view. The open concept continues with the master bedroom, a loft bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, overlooking the living area. The master bedroom shares the same excellent, unlimited view to the sea, since it is open, like a balcony over the living area and allows guests privacy only through black-out blinds. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-condition. The lower ground level of the loft building hosts a studio apartment, with a double bed (160×200), a semi-double bed (120X200), a sofa-bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a seaview terrace and A/C. The villa hosts 2 more bedrooms, which share a large bathroom, one with a double bed and an airconditon and one with a single bed and a ceiling fan (no A/C) The outdoor space displays a modern infinity pool (4mX8m) and a great area around it where quests can relax and enjoy the view

Schinias beach is one of the finest sandy beaches in the Attica and is a favorite place for swimming.There are several beach bars you can practise on water sports or if you are in the mood you can have a coctail.For lunch or dinner out there are choices of restaurants in the area of Nea Makri (20 minutes drive). There is a small mini market/bakery near the Villa (15 minutes walking). Schinias is perfect for guests who want a calm and isolated vacation, away from any noise. Schinias is not ideal for guests who prefer lively and noisy areas for their vacation.
