Hello! My name is Manolis Sofikitis. I come from Skopelos, where I grew up, and yes(!) I had a pretty amazing childhood growing up here! My family, my parents and siblings, are involved with tourism since I can remember! So even though, I got my degree as an Electrical Engineer from Chania, Crete, I decided to return to Skopelos and do what I always loved to, hosting people from all over the world and helping them get the best out of their vacations. I try to spend as much time as possible in Skopelos countryside, mountains and beaches and to explore the abundant hidden surprises of nature. Either by bicycle, by foot, by boat or even by car there are so many amazing places to discover around the island. I like listening and playing music. I am experimenting with piano, trumpet and mpouzouki (the most popular traditional Greek music instrument), and lucky me (and you!) we have a long tradition of Rembetiko (folklore Greek) music in Skopelos, which you can enjoy in many taverns and in lots of genres.

Welcome to Remezzo Cottage, a beautifully simple hideaway tucked into the hillside of Skopelos. Nestled along a scenic T3 hiking trail, the property offers breathtaking views and traditional Greek charm. Our cottage provides the perfect escape to slow down and experience authentic island life. Just a 10-minute hike to the beach, it’s ideal for both nature lovers and beachgoers. More than just a stay, Remezzo Cottage is a peaceful retreat for much-needed rest and relaxation. As a single-story home, Remezzo Cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and sea-facing window, and another with twin beds that can be converted into a queen. The home includes a full bathroom with all essential amenities. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area is bright and welcoming, with a huge sea-facing window that fills the space with natural light and stunning views. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine room located just beside the home. Outside, guests can enjoy a peaceful patio space with sun loungers overlooking the incredible scenery, as well as a large covered outdoor dining area and an additional table overlooking the sea. This space is perfect for long meals, morning coffee, or sunset evenings in Skopelos. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The last 150 meters of the road before the house are part of the T3 hiking trail. Driving may be difficult, especially for a low car. You can park your car on the main road at the beginning of the trail and walk to the house. The road to and from the house is steep but worth it.

Distances from points of interest: • 3 km ( 7 minutes by car) away from Skopelos Town Port and parking • 2,3 km ( 7 minutes by car) away from the market (Supermarket, restaurants, shopping) • 600 meters (10 minutes by foot) away from the nearest beach (Glyfoneri Beach) if you take the T3 trail. Just below the property there is a hiking path that leads to Glyfoneri beach and two traditional greek taverns. • 23.2 km ( 42 minutes by car) away from Mamma Mia Church (Agios Ioannis Church)
