Discover the enchanting Residenza di Veta, a newly renovated haven nestled in the heart of Rethymnon's historic old town. Just steps from the captivating Venetian castle, Fortezza, and vibrant eateries and bars, this townhouse is your perfect retreat. Immerse yourself in luxury with modern amenities, creating a seamless blend of comfort and style for your vacation. As twilight paints the sky, relish the magic to the balcony & yard, making every moment at Residenza di Veta a cherished memory. Residenza di Veta is laid on three floors. It can accommodate a family or a group of friends up to 7 people in bed. On the sofa bed in the living room, two more people can sleep with an extra charge of 10 euros per person per night. Layout Inside Open living room with corner sofa bed (2 people can sleep) Kitchen with the neccesary utensils for meal preparation Bathroom with shower and washing machine Bedroom No1 with bunk bed for up to 3 people, big wardrobe The staircase leads you first to the attic, where there is an open plan bedroom No2 with a double bed and openplan wardrobe and some stairs above that there is a private bedroom No3 with double bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, open plan wardrobe and balcony. Outside area The entrance has a cooffe table with nice view to the port Patio on the back with outside furniture and an umbrela You are within a walking distance away from everything you may need. The house is just steps from local bakeries, supermarkets, ATM machines, liquor stores, pharmacies, boutiques, shoe stores, restaurants, and bars. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor- apartment.

Walk in the picturesque alleys of the old town within 2 minutes walking distance of the venetian castle Fortezza, close to the venetian port and shops, bars and restaurants. The sea front is just some meters away. Ideally located to relish the historical old city of Rethymno and its vibrant atmosphere with many historic buildings and ruins offering a unique experience. Just wander around and discover the old town with its labyrinth of lanes and alleyways. All you may need is a walking distance. A rental car is reccommend if you plan to explore the island.The central bus station is about 15 minutes walking distance.
