The apartment is designed by Mrs. Artemis Kyrkou, a real challenging-of-status-quo architect and delivered by Mr. Christos Liapis, a state-of-the-art civil engineer. Designed for travellers for whom a bed and shower in a shoebox is not enough, the apartment immerses you in a world of a creative community where the line between sleep, eat, work and play blurs. For me as your host, It is such a pleasure to do whatever I can in order to make my guests' stay in our home as good and memorable as possible.

Bright, immaculate, fully restored flat of the 1950's in the middle of Thessaloniki Historical center. Separated into two, independent flats, each can accomodate up to 4 persons. You will have for a while a bright and airy 40 sq m apartment in a fully refurbished 1950's apartment, right on the city centre. The flat is designed to bring the cozyness of the past together with the amenities of the present, with high ceilings and original wooden floors from one hand and well designed, practical kitchen and bathroom from the other. Flat has been restored with original tiles and floorboards, giving the outlook and luxury of a past era right in the middle of city center. Just a 7 minute walk from the train station and the port of Thessaloniki, inside the historical center of the city, the apartment is ideal for city visitors but also for bussiness trips and families. There are plenty of opportunities for night clubs in the area of Ladadika as well as enjoy local tastes in nearby restaurants that promise to make your stay unforgettable. The apartment is located in most historic monuments and museums such as Hamza Bey Mosque (5 min walk), Ancient Agora (11min), Agia Sophia Cathedral (15min) to name a few.
