-We are located in the town of Rethymno centraly, 5 min. walk from the townhall, 15 min. away from the 7 km-long beach of Rethymno. Rethymno old town is realy fascinating. Old nice buildings of various ages, bars, restaurants, night-life. -The advantages of staying in Rethymno comparing to other cities in Crete: - Not far from Chania and Heraklion airports - both cities reachable in 1 hour drive. - Possibility to drive to the south coast in less than 1 hour. - Easy access to the mountains and famous places/villages like Anogia, Margarites, Eleutherna, Arkadi. - Many nice/famous beaches in short distance - access to many archeological sites like Eleutherna, Knossos. - Smaller & more accessible town than Chania - More authenticity - Night life even in winter
