On the first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, etc) opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the heart of Rethymno historical center) as well as a shower room with a washing machine . The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each one. From one of these bedrooms, stairs leads up to a cosy mezzanine with 2 single beds. A spacious family bathroom is set on this floor with a bathtub. For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
