A spacious, ultra-stylish villa in the heart of Western Greece. Boasting finely-crafted, sleek interiors with a luxurious feel, a beautiful garden with large swimming pool and multiple breakout and dining areas, this property is truly one of its kind.
Less than a mile away from the sea and local beaches, and perfectly located for daily excursions to Delphi and Ancient Olympia, the villa is ideal for short or long-term relaxation, or as a touring stop-over of the beautiful Peloponnese.

The village of Rio is the northern, sea-side suburb of neighbouring city, Patras. Featuring a number of waterfront bars and restaurants, beaches, the Rio-Antirrio bridge, a Venetian-era castle and an open-air cinema during the summer months, Rio has a lot to offer to residents and visitors alike. Rio is host to the local university, a conference centre, hospital and casino. Nearby Patras is the third largest Greek city, with direct boat access to neighbouring Italy, as well as Greek Ionian Islands like Kefalonia and Ithaca. The sea-side city features a beautiful medieval castle, a large archaeological museum, and countless cafes, bars and restaurants. Finally, the property is close to major local motorways, allowing quick access to the rest of the Peloponnese, central Greece, Athens and Athens airport.
The property is best accessed by car. Access to a car is highly recommended for local excursions, beach trips and visits to restaurants, cafes, bars and the city.
