The Riqionian House has undergone a radical renovation in 2019. It is 70sq.m. and consists of a living-kitchen (single room), two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a fireplace in one master bedroom. The rooms are air-conditioned, with two TVs, a fridge, a kitchen, a microwave, small meals and all the amenities you may need for complete relaxation. It features Wi-Fi and private parking on the enclosed grounds. Includes clean towels, bed linen, wet soap, shampoo and bubble bath. The house is located on a fenced plot of 700 sq.m. of which 150 sq.m. with a stamped floor, a small olive grove, lemon trees and several shading points for the hot summer days. It can comfortably accommodate four people.

I am Panayiotis, I am 40 years old, I was born and raised in Gargaliani Messinia, but for the last 20 years, I live and work in Athens. Although my initial studies started in the field of Computer Programmers and Computer Science, I followed a completely different professional orientation. I like the writing of novels and texts and in May 2017, my first book entitled "Brostela" was published.       After several trips we made together with my wife and daughter Sofia, we gathered a lot of experiences and pictures around the world. In 2019 we decided to completely renovate this house and give the visitor a unique experience of stay with an emphasis on simplicity, tranquility and relaxation. We chose materials and design so that the visitor can feel something different. We do not believe that one must "feel like home" when he is on vacation. The broader concept of holidays is to interrupt and change our daily habits and images and feel something new and different.

The Riqionian House is located in a magnificent olive grove in the seaside area of ​​the village of Rikia Gargaliani in the Municipality of Trifylia, Messinia prefecture, and is ideal for all months of the year, but especially during the summer months. The Municipality of Trifylias is located in Southwestern Greece and specifically in the Southwest part of the Peloponnese, in the Prefecture of Messinia. It occupies the northern part of the prefecture of Messinia and is washed by the Ionian Sea. The Riqionian House is 500 meters from the sea, the unique beach of Mati-Chrisi Ammos and a 2-minute drive away. Mati-Chrisi Ammos beach stretches for more than 3 km and has soft golden sand. On the north side of the beach there is the famous beach bar with swimming pool and sports facilities, while in the south there are the two luxurious hotels The Romanos Luxury Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino. However, along the beach there is ample space for privacy and relaxation. The depth of the sea is suitable for children, but also for all ages, as it deepens smoothly, with sandy bottoms and crystal blue waters with a blue flag.
