Glyfada is a vibrant coastal suburb of Athens known for its chic atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and lively nightlife. The property is just a 5-minute walk from Glyfada’s main shopping street, Metaxa, where guests will find luxury boutiques, local shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars serving both Greek and international cuisine. Nearby highlights include Glyfada Marina, beautiful beaches, the Glyfada Golf Course, and the famous Vouliagmeni Lake with its natural thermal waters. The area also offers scenic promenades perfect for walking or cycling. Downtown Athens can be reached in about 30–40 minutes by car or tram. The tram runs frequently along the coastline and connects to major landmarks such as Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. Please note: The apartments are located in a central area of the city, close to restaurants, shops and main streets. As a result, guests may experience typical urban noise from traffic and city activity, especially during busy hours. If you are a very light sleeper or prefer a completely quiet environment, this location may not be the best fit.
