The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, hair-dryer, 22” flat TV, an en-suite toilet with shower and both with balconies. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, 22” flat TV, en-suite with shower, hair-dryer, wheelchair friendly. The room has access to the veranda and the swimming pool area. A large bathroom with bath and shower, a toilet, hair-dryer and a washing machine.An open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room which has direct access to the pool area through 2 large balcony doors. The villa is fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, multi, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine, glassware, cooking vessels and of course offers a safe-box, satellite 32” flat full HD TV and free high speed Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa. The villa has insect screens in all the bedrooms, bathrooms sitting room doors and windows. Outside there is a large patio seating area, 5m x 8m (40m 2 ) swimming pool with under water lighting, with 6 sun beds, 3 parasols, swing-seat, outside shower, barbecue, outside eating facilities and private parking
Roda Park Villa is a family run business. A stunning and romantic private retreat situated in the friendly village beach side resort of Roda, offering excellent views of the coastline, mountains and Albania. Newly built 120 m2 to very high standards of color style and designed to every detail and great care, offers privacy and seclusion but is still only 5 minutes’ walk to both the beach and the village with its excellent restaurants, bars and shops. However you may find that a car is not necessary. It's situated down the road at the side of the Silver Beach Hotel and Alexandros swimming pool, 3 minutes’ walk to Roda Park restaurant. The villa is also wheelchair friendly
Roda is a quaint village in north Corfu, suited for families, couples, and groups of friends. It has a beach, bars and restaurants and shops. There are buses & taxis to Acharavi, Kassiopi, Sidari & Corfu Town - each offering more shops, beaches, and nightlife. There are also various tourist offices offering excursions & car hire to explore the island. There are also various bars and restaurants offering children play areas, both indoor & outdoor. Roda also has a medical center & Pharmacy. There is also a fantastic Greek Night on a Wednesday at Roda Park Restaurant!
