We have 3 different types of properties : * ''Roza's home'' is a modern 2-bedroom apartment which was full renovated in 2016. The property(60 sqm) can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway and a veranda. The property has 2 air-conditions. * ''Roza studios''consists of 6 independent room-studios(20 sqm) built in 1980.They are self-catering and can accommodate 2 guests. They offer a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils, a flat screen TV, an air condition, a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) a hair dryer, two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, floor lamps and a private balcony(The balcony has partitions in order to offer privacy to the guests). The bathrooms were renovated in 2018. * '' Deluxe one bedroom apartment'' is a new 30 sqm, ground floor space, built in 2018. It can accommodate 2 guests. It features 1 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The bedroom has two single beds which can be joined as a double. It is also air -conditioning. The kitchen provides all the necessary equipment you need during your stay.

Really important for us, is our guests feel comfortable and calm during their stay. To do so, we offer the best possible services, and make every effort in communication. What guests discover to us is friendliness , helpfulness, and responsibility compared to a sense of a family-like environment. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us!!!! Benitses is a traditional fishing village, located in the middle of Corfu island, approximately 30 minutes from Corfu town and the airport (12 km).The village consists of traditional houses but also moderns ones, always in harmony with the local architecture and the colors of the island. In Benitses center, you will find minimarkets, traditional restaurants, tavernas, pizzerias and ATMs, children's playground and a square for your everyday walks. There is also a central organized pebble beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. Waking along the coast, you discover other equally beautiful organized beaches with water sport facilities. Benitses port with yachts and traditional fishing boats (called ''kaikia'') dominates the surrounding area. As regards the public transports, there is a blue bus going to Corfu town. You will find the bus stop at the main road of Benitses center and the ticket costs ,about,1,50 euro. Opposite to the blue bus stop there is a taxi station. There are also green buses for long distance routes. We recommend although, to rent a car and explore the island in comfort. Daily excursions and cruises are, also, organized to Paxos and Antipaxos islands and Sivota.
