There is no better thing than waking up every morning with the magnificent view of the Mediterranean waters and I was blessed to have grown up in Kavos in a house right by the sea, in a home where food and hospitality was it's passion. I grew up into the hospitality business right by the side of my family, working both at our restaurant and the studios, having the opportunity to socialize with numerous people from around the world. Kavos offers that opportunity to anyone not just at the bars and clubs of the resort but also at the numerous boat trips that leave every day for Paxos or Blue Lagoon, an opportunity that can not be missed when visiting. Being in Kavos if you are willing to go a bit further away you can visit the countless beaches of Corfu, some of which are considered among the best in the country! In case though you are looking for a bit of culture you can always visit the Mon Repo Palace or the old city of Corfu, the fortress or even the museum of Asian art. Personally I have visited all of the above and all I can say is that I am proud to be from Corfu, a place that has not only a good nightlife, but also culture and history like no other island!

In my neighborhood in general it is a lot more quieter than other parts of Kavos, it is right by the sea and far enough from the main strip to avoid all the loud music and party goers. Growing up there I fell in love with the sea and anything that has to do with it, personally I love going for water sports and right by where the studios are there is a guy there called Theo that does some of the best and most extreme water sports in Kavos! Also the pier is located just a few meters away, which gives a very easy access to visit nearby islands too. If I were to say though which is my favorite area, that would be Arkoudilas Beach, a quite hidden beach, not that easily accessible, which is why it is not too over crowded and if I want to relax that would be the place I would go to. Most people are under the impression that Kavos is good only for it's nightlife, but as a local I know for a fact that you can also find alternative places to visit as long as you know where to go and where to look, but as long as you stay at our studios we will make sure to give you instructions for any place you want to visit for any taste!
