The ground floor houses a well-equipped gym and a sauna — perfect for relaxing after a day by the beach — along with a stylish bathroom. Outdoor Pool Heating Guidelines: • Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable. • Advance Request | A minimum of one day’s notice in advance is required to arrange heating. • Extra Charges | 50 euros per day applies. • Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.

The crystal-clear beach is at your feet, while the seaside taverna of Agia Fotini is only a 5-minute walk.
