The property is a holiday home in Nenitis settlement between Livadi and Chora. It is only 10 minutes walking from Livadi and 6 minutes from Livadi beach which make it an ideal location if you want a really tranquil stay but also being close to the ammenities port. THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A PARKING SLOT, but there is one free parking slot exactly outside the house, if available, and also multiple slots in the road leading to the house(2 minutes walking from the house). The house consists of two seperate small houses that have their own entrance and yards but they share a common garden. The one house has a double bed and a bunker bed, together with a small kitchenette and a bathroom and the other house has a double bed, a single couch bed , a bigger kitchen and a bathroom. They both have little yards and there is also a common garden with an external bathroom. This means that the house is ideal for big groups or couples and not for 1-3 persons.

Nenitis is a small neighborhood between Livadi and Chora. It is very quiet since there are no main roads around and most of them are dead-ends. There are no ammenities in the area, however the beach with bars and restaurants is 6 minutes walking from the house, the port 15 minutes and Livadi main road 10 minutes walking.
