The Sand Villas is a private complex consisting of two independent villas: Rock Sand Villa, located on the ground floor, and White Sand Villa, situated on the upper floor. Set on the sandy shores overlooking the Mirabello Gulf in Agios Nikolaos, The Sand Villas offer a relaxed and stylish seaside retreat just a few steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and memorable holiday. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 2 euros per night per villa from April to October and 0.5 euros per night per villa from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Step 30 meters down from your villa, cross the little wooden bridge over the Almyros river shaped in the south part of the beach and access its crystal waters.
