The villa, fully renovated in 2025, combines modern decorative style with distinctive luxury, comfort, and relaxation. Its minimal yet striking design reflects meticulous attention to both interior and exterior spaces. The property features a brand-new private swimming pool, parking for up to eight cars, a BBQ area, and a 4,500 sqm private garden — perfect for outdoor activities. It offers five bedrooms (three air-conditioned and included in the standard rate), plus two additional bedrooms in the basement. The basement rooms are not air-conditioned, as cooling is unnecessary, and are available at an additional charge per guest.
