With elegant design, comfort, and a spacious, beautifully decorated outdoor area, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. A home that stands out for its style and attention to detail.
Santa Clara is located in Agia Paraskevi, Chalkida, one of the city’s most historic and charming areas. The neighborhood is quiet and traditional, with stone houses and courtyards that evoke the charm of another era, while still being very close to the center of Chalkida. Within minutes, you can enjoy a walk along the seaside promenade, visit historical landmarks, or taste local delicacies in nearby taverns and cafés. Although there is no private parking, there is available space right in front of the house where you can park one car.
