Welcome to our new studios, built in 2022. They are spacious, bright, with modern furniture. Τhe studios have kitchen, large bathroom, free parking at the backyard and 3 of them have private balcony. The bus stop no3 is in front of the building and it connects Skiathos town with most of the beaches, with final stop "Koukounaries".
My family and I live in the same building on the 1st floor. My husband and I had the tavern "Paradise" on Achladies beach until it closed last year. We have made many friends from all over the world all these years working on the island and we hope to make more. Our son has a cafe snack bar on the ground floor of the building, which operates early in the morning. As we live so many years on the island we can help you with any information you would like to know about the beaches, the restaurants, car or rental boat or whatever you want.
"Savere" studios are located on the Ring Road of Skiathos, in front of the bus stop no3 and opposite the supermarket "Sklavenitis". They are 450 m. from "Papadiamanti" street, the main road of Skiathos town, 900 m. from old port, 100 m. from the health center, 2.7 km from the airport and 900 m. from the nearest beach. The nearest restauant is 100 m. from us and also there is coffee snack bar, called "Savere coffee house", on the ground floor of the building.
