From wherever you stand around the house you get a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. An 80 square meter terrace giving way to the sea with unforgettable sunsets, since it’s oriented to the west with nothing but the Aegean Sea at view. The two-storey house of 100 square meters with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with a couch which can be turned into a double bed in seconds), one bathroom on the ground floor and a second bathroom inside the top floor bedroom. This is ideal for a company of 4 to 6 persons (children included). Each floor has a separate entrance. Τhe biggest surprise though, opening the exterior blue gate door, is right in front of your eyes. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, this shady terrace is extra convenient during daytime, since there is a dining table, an exterior living room and hot running water for a quick shower after a swim. It’s probably the place where you will spend most of your time during your stay.

Situated in the historic area of Skiathos Acropolis, only five minute away from the cosmopolitan town center and one minute from the close-by “Cohyli” beach by foot. Once you set foot on the island, you may choose to never use a vehicle. At night the only thing you can hear is the sound of the sea waves, an idyllic stone path which leads from our garden directly to the peaceful pebbly “Cohyli” beach. You can always choose to hire a boat to the exquisite island of Tsougrias and its emerald beaches. Of course you can arrange to get picked from “Cohyli” beach, just below the house.
