Παρέχουμε μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μονοκατοικία η οποία ειναι κατάλληλη για επαγγελματίες της βιομηχανικής ζώνης Πατρών μιας και απέχει 4 χλμ. Συνδυάζει πολύ ωραίες οργανωμένες παραλίες στη γύρω περιοχή, μια μικρή παραλία λίγα μέτρα από το σπιτι και βρίσκεται μόλις 16 χλμ από την Πάτρα το κοντινότερο αστικό κέντρο. Τέλος το χωριό των Καμινίων παρέχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπιτι σε μόλις λίγα μέτρα με τα πόδια
