Located a leisurely 25 minutes drive south of the Athens International Airport, the "Sea, La Vie" is located in Saronida. "Sea, La Vie" comes with 2 reserved and free parking lots at the base of the building, which is ideal if you are renting a car to explore the coast. From the lobby, up a short flight of steps, on the first floor of the building is the apartment. With a built-in floor space of 150 square meters, this is a spacious and well laid out apartment comprising of 2 bedrooms with King Size beds (180cm x 200cm) and one bedrrom with two Single Beds (90cm x 200cm). The apartment can receive 6 guests easily and is therefore perfect for families or groups. Cots or additional bedding can be arranged on request. Beds, mattresses, sheets are all new in 2023 and high quality. Mattresses are reversible, offering firmer or softer sides, simply indicate your preference during booking. The Master Bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower) and walk-in cupboard, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are toilets in both bathrooms. Air conditioning is provided throughout the apartment. The living and dining areas are where the magic continues at Sea La Vie. the living room opens up to a magnificent 50 square meters terrace with outdoor dining table, BBQ, outdoor lounge and high bar. The view is simply stunning, panoramic over the Saronida bay and a short green valley. You are 200 meters from the water as the crow flies. Finally, electric awnings will protect you from the warmer moments of the day. Simply put your feet up and enjoy the sunset while sipping on your favorite cocktail at the end of the day! Indoors, the living room and dining rooms are also new and provide all the amenities one would expect, with high speed Wi-Fi internet and 55 inch Smart TV (Netflix enabled). The kitchen is fully functional with convection hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machines is also available in the second bathroom.

We are Wissam and Valerie. We are a cosmopolitan couple, originally from the middle and far east, living in Singapore and we share a love for idyllic beach retreats. We enjoy nothing more than diving into crystal clear waters and relaxing on the beach to the sound of the waves. We have been going around the world, she teaching me about the Far East, me teaching her about Europe and we spent a couple of holidays in Greece, in Crete and Vouliagmeni before discovering Saronida. We immediately connected with its relaxed vibe in and took the plunge with "Sea, La Vie" We hope you will fall in love too!!!

The apartment itself is perfectly situated, 2 minute stroll from the sea, and about 800 meters or 10 minutes gentle walk from the town square where a number of restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets can be found. Al Fresco dining is the order of the day and one can enjoy authentic, delectable Greek cuisine at an unbeatable price. Freshly baked breads, local pastries and sweets are sold in the bakery. Adjacent to the town square is the main Saronida beach, which is a beautiful golden sandy beach that gently slopes into the sea, and is ideal for families. The water all along this part of the coast is clean, clear and fresh, making for safe and relaxing swimming. A man-made promenade starts at the beach and meanders up the coast, giving walkers or joggers a convenient pathway to exercise along the water's edge. Small private beach clubs associated to hotels are dotted along the area each offering their subtly different version of paradise. Slightly further, about 5 minutes drive South along the coast is the town of Anavyssos where a number of exceptional beach clubs, some very premium and sporting DJs spinning tracks well into the early hours, can be found, as well as additional public and private beaches. Windsurfers and Kite Surfers will find a good breeze in the bay. Anavyssos offers additional dining options such as multiple seafood restaurants and beach bars but also a very good butcher for those special BBQ evenings! For those wishing to discover the coast, Northwards you can find Glyfada, a larger town with plenty of sophisticated shopping and dining options. Further North along the coast is Vouliagmeni, the "Jewel In The Crown" of the Athens Riviera, where the rich and famous like to hang out. Heading South past Anavyssos the drive terminates at Sounio on the tip of the peninsula, where one can enjoy a seafood lunch at the beach while the Temple of Appolo at the top of the hill looks over you. It's a truly magical spot that takes you back in time!
