The mansion is a three-storey stone building which dates from the beginning of the last century. In 1943 it was destroyed by fire, as was the whole village, by the Germans. Since then it was inhabited normally with the main element, the ground floor(the current Iro apartment) where the village bakery operated with a traditional wood oven, until 1982 when it burned again. This time the owner left the cherries that were boiling in the fire for a while, to watch a case at the small peace court of the village (as she was doing regularly). The peace court was then operating in the current police station next to the municipal parking lot. In the echo of the excitement for the information she gathered about social commentary later in the village, she forgot the sweet and consequently burned the whole house again. The story of the building continued in 2008, when the engineer Giouli Kravaritou fell in love with the building and its history and wanted to regenerate it oil by oil, as she did by dividing it into 4 wonderful apartments: Giouli where he lived, Noni, Anastasia and Iro.
