The accommodation is on the first floor of a beautiful two-story house. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 open-plan living room-kitchen. All rooms (except the bathroom) have air conditioning. The accommodation offers daily cleaning at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals with ease. The extra beds in the bedrooms (except for the double and the 2 single beds) are foldable. The comfortable veranda with its large dining table and unique view of the sea, the Gulf of Evia, and the island of Evia makes the accommodation an ideal destination for peace and relaxation. On the property, right in front of the house, there is a 300 m² fenced-in open space where our younger guests can play safely. On the lower floor of the accommodation, there is another independent apartment that can accommodate up to 9 more people. The accommodation is located in a lush, peaceful environment with panoramic views of the sea and the island of Evia. It is 15 km from the beautiful city of Chalkida with its unique phenomenon of "crazy waters" and 15 km from the city of Oropos, which is connected by ferry to the island of Evia. The accommodation is located 550 meters from the sea and a small beach, which is visited only by the few residents of the area. There are other small, picturesque beaches within walking distance. 1.7 km from the accommodation there is a supermarket greengrocer butcher bakery and a café and brunch shop. 1.5 km from the accommodation there is a beautiful sandy beach with an organized beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds.
