A sunny luxury studio overlooking the picturesque of Athens Riviera. 7 minutes walking distance from the Eden beach ,next to the marinas of Alimos & Flisvos and 5km away from Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, 6.7km away from The Ellinikon Experience Park ,8.5 km away from Athens city centre(15 minutes to Acropolis), 300m from the tram station ( easy & quick access to the center of Athens ,metro stations ,Glyfada & port of Pireaus ) . A 44sqm studio with sleeping area( king size bed), kitchenette with all the necessary facities, dining area ,cozy living room & bathroom(shower). The studio features a/c , energy fireplace, flat screen tv , dvd/cd player,radio, workstation area & wine refrigerator The studio is at 8th floor , you can have access with the elevator till the 7th floor and stairs for the 7th to 8th floor

The location of the Studio is connected with central road axes(Athens Center, South suburds, Port of Pireaus , Airport El. Venizelos). Easy way to find an outdoor parking at the neightborhood.
