We were charmed by the house when we first saw it. After falling in love with it, we decided to buy it and make it a unique place for your vacation.
We believe that we offer a vacation house that not many others offer, a real seafront beach house with an amazing sunset view above the beautiful great Olympus mountain. We've put a lot of love into the house, and we'll do our best to ensure that you have the best possible stay, hoping you'll visit us again on your next vacation.
In order to make sure that you have the perfect stay, we've also hired two locals who speak Greek, Bulgarian and English, to be at your disposal and help you with everything you need during your stay.

Quiet neighbourhood located along the sandy sunny beaches of Nea Kallikratia (Halkidiki).
The house is only a 30-minutes drive from the Macedonia International airport. And a five-minutes drive from Nea Kallikratia’s centre, where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, beach bars, supermarkets, swimming beaches and children playgrounds.
Downtown Thessaloniki, known for shopping during the day, and nightlife and restaurants during the night, is a 45-minutes drive.
The Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Mall and the Regency Casino Thessaloniki are only a 30-minutes drive away.
If you love the water, you can drive up to the Sahara Beach Resort (15 minutes), or visit Kallithea’s crystal clear water beaches (40 minutes).
For those of you who seek thrills, the house is only a 30-minutes drive away from “Magic Park” amusement-park and the “WaterLand” water-park.
If you’re staying with us for a long period of time, we recommend visiting the lovely Meteora mountains. It’s a 3.5 hours drive, but the amazing sites are worth it!
