Villa Arkadia is a cozy fully furnished seafront 2-level maisonette style villa with traditional natural stone finishes only a few steps away from the clear turquoise waters of the enchanting Ionian Sea in the picturesque Kyparissia Bay and an alluring Blue Flag awarded Al-Lagoudis Beach.
The property is located at the seafront of the charming seaside town of Kyparissia on the western coasts of Peloponnese, the notable mention of which can already be found in Homer’s Iliad. The very name “Kyparissia” stems from Cypress tree, one of the trees which according to the Bible grew in the Garden of Eden; and which is also presumed to be the original building material of the Noah’s Ark. All the necessary local amenities such as grocery stores, shops and restaurants are concentrated within a very short radius with the closest restaurant “AMMOS” being situated merely 100 meters away from your doorstep. This makes it an ideal family destination. This location also serves as a convenient tourist and travel hub between the western and southern Peloponnese with their towns of Olympia, Kalamata, Pylos and an historical Navarino Bay with its world-renowned five-star golf resort “Costa Navarino".
