Villa Nefeli is a quiet and comfortable luxury villa located within a small seaside community near Athens. The ground floor includes a studio with direct access to the garden, fully equipped kitchen, café corner, dining room, double bed, three-seater sofa bed and bathroom. There is a separate laundry area and a fully equipped gym overlooking the wonderful garden, will cover all your daily needs and give you physical well-being. The second floor is a loft with a double bed, a sofa bed, 2 wardrobes and a bathroom. The huge terrace will enchant you with its unobstructed view of the sea, which is a 7-minute walk from the house. Our Villa comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 4 children. The garden has a total area of 300 square meters with Karistos stones laid out in levels. With direct access to a 30 square meter swimming pool, a fully equipped bbq area, a built-in dining room and an outdoor shower. Guests have access to the ground floor, the second floor and the entire garden & the gym.
