Seafront stylish maisonette. A unique place, with a special aesthetic that mainly exudes calm and relaxation. The maisonette is located in the bay of Itea city. In the ground floor, from where the main entrance of the apartment is, you will find the living room and the kitchen. Also, there is a toilet which has a shower. Going upstairs with an internal wooden staircase you will find the 2 bedrooms that the maisonette has and one more toilet. The beds are both double. The one has a normal double bed with dimensions of the mattress 160 x 2 m and the other is a king size bed with dimensions of the mattress 180 x 2 m. All the beds and the pillows are anatomically and having the latest mattress innovation, Memory Foam. One bedroom overlooks the sea. The apartment afford 3 air condition, one per bedroom and one else at the living room. You can use it either for cold or heat air. First of all, the apartment is located at Itea, a beautiful seaside town. The town is close to Delphi, also known as the center of the world. The distance between these two towns is almost 15' driving away. Also, Itea is about 2.5 hours away from the airport of Athens, and about 1 hour from the third largest city of Greece, Patras. You can reach the city by road. The apartment is in front of the sea, 100m from the main marina of Itea. The city center is only 300m away from the house. You do not need a car to go to most cafes and restaurants. You can go on foot. Parking is free in front of the house.

The apartment located into a quiet neighborhood and around it there are no shops, restaurants or coffes. There is also just in front of the house a public beach in case you want to swim, especially during the summer months. During the winter months there are just as many options in the area. The prefecture has one of the highest mountains in Greece, Parnassos. If you are a fan of skiing or snowboarding, then the ski resort is waiting for you. It is about 50km away. Also for us, absolutely it worths a visit the most famous oracle of Ancient Greece (according to the mythology), the Oracle of Delphi, which was built at the foot of the mountain, in the homonymous area of Delphi. Still, the natural good of the area is unsurpassed. Forests, rivers, picturesque mountains and coastal villages have a story to tell you if you visit them, and everything next to us.
