This magnificent villa is located extremely close to fantastic beaches and small bays at the East part of Evia island with a fantastic view to the Aegean. Upon entering, there is an open plan dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and a large glass doors opening to the balcony with a breathtaking view of the nearby beach. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The proximity to the sea (around 200m), can make your car useless!!! This property is decorated with stone and quality materials. It has been finished with the care and detail reserved for a private home. Beautiful sun rises, full moons and the rural, quiet position of the property make it a perfect destination for those who love nature’s beauty and want to enjoy moments of peace and calmness. Seagulls has a 100sqm space divided in two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. In the living room the indoors dining table will comfortably seat more than 6 guests and the big sofa with the stone fireplace and the unblocked view to the sea through the glass doors create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
The villa is located within walking distance from beautiful small beaches (100-250 m) that can be explored on foot without the need of a car. A nearby tavern that serves fresh fish and local Greek food can complement your stay. It is very close to the villa and also easily reachable on foot. For night and not only escapes, the quiet village of Agii Apostoloi (3 Km by car or on foot!!) can offer you a variety of entertainment including bars, cafes, fish taverns and meat places. All restaurants serve typical Greek food. The village has also a bakery, fish shop, small markets, butcher, pharmacy etc The villa is located in Evia, one of the most impressive greek islands, with its unique beauty, looking out towards the Aegean Sea.Due to it's close proximity with mainland Greece, the island of Evia is easily accessible by road, rail, coach or ferry once you have arrived in Greece. You can actually drive to the island by crossing the bridge that connects the mainland with the capital town of Chalkida. You can reach Seagulls Maison with a 2 hours drive from Athens International Airport (ICAO:ATH) where you can get flights to and from all year round.
