Hello ! My name is Panos and I am living half of the year in Evia island and the rest period in Athens. Having worked over 30 years with the banking industry and information technology companies I decided to follow my heart and to engage in tourism utilizing the family land in Ag. Dimitrios. I enjoy to travel a lot, reading books, hiking by the sea and enjoying the company of good friends.

The seastone villas complex consists of 4 independent stone houses which where completed and began to receive visitors since July 2019. In the upper floor you will find 2 villas consists of 65 sq.m. where they have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, separate bedroom, flat tv 40 intches, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, free wifi, library and a private balcony of 30 sq.m. overlooking the sea, the garden and the mountain. The villas of 65 sq.m. can accomodate up to 5 people (3 adults and 2 children). The ground floor of the complex consists of 2 independent stone houses of 30 sq.m. where they have a fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 y.o.). The seastone villas located in the middle of Agios Dimitrios beach in the bay of Evia Almyropotamos. Are only 150 meters away from the beach with the crystal clear waters which is also called "golden sand" and it is one of the most beuatifull beaches of south Evoikos. The place is ideal for relaxing vacations, swimming, fishing, hiking, and cycling as well to visit tavernas with tradional food. A BBQ is also part of the outdoor amenities as well as the use of Canoe Kayak which is free of charge.
