Welcome to our peaceful Greek retreat in Dilesi, set on a hill just a short walk from the sea. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the fresh sea air and experience the calm atmosphere of authentic Greece. The accommodation is decorated in a warm, traditional Greek style and offers comfortable double bedrooms, private bathrooms and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and coffee machine. Guests can also enjoy a spacious covered balcony with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding landscape. Outside, there are covered terraces, a barbecue area and free private parking. The shaded outdoor spaces are ideal for enjoying breakfast, reading a book or relaxing with a drink at the end of the day. The sea is approximately 200 metres away, while the centre of Dilesi is around 800 metres from the property. Here you will find supermarkets, shops, cafés and other useful amenities. We live separately on the middle floor of the property, so we are nearby whenever assistance is needed while always respecting our guests’ privacy. Whether you are looking for a peaceful seaside holiday, a comfortable base for exploring the region or simply a place to slow down and enjoy the Greek way of life, we hope you will feel at home here.

After running a successful B&B in the Netherlands for ten wonderful years, we now spend as much time as possible in beautiful Greece. We truly missed welcoming guests, and since we are lucky enough to have the space, we decided to occasionally open our home here as well. Our wish is to give guests the opportunity to enjoy Greece just as much as we do: peaceful surroundings, a beautiful location, and the sea within walking distance. It is the perfect place to relax, slow down, and experience the authentic charm of Greece. The accommodation is named after our beloved dog, a sweet Greek Kokoni, who is very much part of our family. Dilesi is a peaceful seaside village on the coast of Central Greece, ideal for guests who want to relax and experience a more authentic side of the country. The sea and local beach are within walking distance, while the village centre is approximately 800 metres away. There you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, traditional tavernas and other everyday amenities. Athens is approximately 57 kilometres away and can usually be reached in around 45 to 60 minutes by car, depending on traffic. This makes the accommodation a convenient base for a day trip to the Acropolis, Plaka, the museums and the historic centre, while still allowing you to return to the peace and quiet of Dilesi. Athens International Airport is approximately 70 to 80 kilometres away, with a driving time of around one hour. The lively coastal city of Chalkida is about 20 kilometres away. It is known for its waterfront, restaurants and famous tidal currents, and it also provides easy access to the beautiful island of Evia. The wider area is perfect for swimming, seaside walks, exploring traditional villages and enjoying local food. Dilesi railway station also offers connections towards Athens and Chalkida for guests who prefer not to drive.
