Renovating this house with much love, I always kept my roots and familly memories in mind. I grew up surrounded by nature, listening to the sound of the water and breathing in the salty scent of the sea, living with the customs and traditions of this land. Since I was a child, I loved watching the endless blue unfold before me and the river flowing calmly. I remember spending hours gazing at the horizon,listening to the waves and watching the birds fly over the water. With my family, we used to walk along the shore collecting seashells, pebbles and uniquely shaped stones, embracing the simplicity of life. This house was originally built in 1957 and last year we decided to tear it down, preserving certain elements in order to rebuild it from the ground up. Our goal was to combine modern comforts and safety with respect for the landscape, so that the interior space " blends" harmoniouslu with the sea, the natural scenery and the light that bathes them. On summer afternoons, the view toward the sea is unique, while sunsets paint the sky with mesmerising colors like a natural work of art. In the evenings, sitting on the veranda, you can enjoy the cool breeze and watch the stars reflecting into the water.The villa is located in an exceptional area featuring a large private garden right in front of the awarded Blue flag beach of Kyani Akti, just 15 minutes from Chania. It is a modern, elegant and fully equipped, filled with natural light and offering unobstructed views of both the sea and mountains. It is ideal for families and friends offering comforts. This house is not simply a space to stay. It is a sanctuary for the soul. It is a place where nature and memories come together as one.

The famous lighthouse at the Venetian Port in the Old Town of Chania is 14 km. Souda Port is 7 km. Chania Airport is 20 km away. You are encouraged to explore some Crete's most famous beaches such as Gramvousa- Balos, Elafonisi, Falassarna. For adventure lovers, a visit to the legendary Samaria Gorge is highly recommended.
