Our luxurious, beachfront apartment is located in Paralia Portarias (Portaria Beach). It consist of a very spacious living room along with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for a pleasant stay (Big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker for filter coffee and all the kitchenware you need). There is a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room there are two big sofa bed which can accomodate up to three guests. There is a bathroom with a big shower in the property. The view from the apartment is amazing as the property is right in front of the beach, and in front of it unfolds the vastness of the Aegean Sea! Υou can admire the breathtaking view of the sea and mount Olympus on the horizon, while you relax in the living room or when you chill on the big balcony that the apartment has on the front side. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy your morning coffee, your meals and your drinks while the sun sets in front of you.

We are a family that lives by the property and we are always available to resolve any urgent issues that may occur and help you organize any small trips you may want to do, as the property is in a convenient location to explore the whole Halkidiki. The beach in front of the apartment is sandy with a few pebbles and it is ideal for families with little children as the water is shallow and it gets deep after a long distance. The beach is almost private as the beach bars are located about 200 meters from it, so you can enjoy your swim in quiet. There is always the possibility to visit one of the plenty beach bars that are located in a walking distance. Right next to the property you can find a small village called Paralia Dionysiou (Dionysiou Beach), where there are plenty of beach bars, restaurants and small shops where you can spend your day, eat and do your grocery shopping. The village is in a walking distance from the apartment so you do not need to use a car. In a close distance there is also Nea Moudania, a small city where you can find even more cafes, bars and big chain super markets. It is worth mentioning that during the summer in Nea Moudania, takes place a festival with theatrical shows music and other events in an open theatre just in front of the sea (Festival of Sea).
